1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to the Travel Activities website, launch waitlist, newsletter and free sample PDF. By using the website or requesting the sample, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who may use the service
The website forms are intended for adults. If you use the service for a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent, guardian or another adult authorised to choose suitable activities. Children should not submit personal information through the website.
3. The current service
Travel Activities is currently in pre-launch. The website provides information about upcoming personalised activity packs, accepts waitlist and newsletter registrations, and may provide a free sample PDF in a welcome email.
Features, activity types, characters, availability and launch plans may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a particular date or create a paid subscription.
5. Licence for PDFs and activities
Unless a separate licence says otherwise, Travel Activities grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use a supplied PDF for personal, non-commercial use by you and your household.
You may not sell, sublicense, publicly upload, mass-distribute or commercially reproduce a pack. You may not extract illustrations, puzzles, characters or other assets for use in another product, dataset, model, template or service.
6. Intellectual property
The website, brand, characters, illustrations, activity designs, layouts, text, software and downloadable files are owned by or licensed to Travel Activities and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website or content for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes;
- interfere with the website, security controls or other users;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems, files or accounts;
- scrape, crawl or automate access in a way that burdens the service or copies protected content;
- remove copyright, attribution or rights notices;
- misrepresent Travel Activities or imply an endorsement that does not exist.
8. Child suitability and supervision
Age matching is a general guide, not an assessment of an individual child. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate and for providing supervision where needed. The activities are for play and general learning support; they are not educational, medical or developmental advice.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend or withdraw any pre-launch feature or sample. We may also update these terms, with the revised date shown at the top of this page.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, content delivery and email services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites that we do not control.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, the current pre-launch website and free sample are provided as available, without guarantees about uninterrupted access, suitability for a particular child or delivery by a particular time.
Travel Activities is not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, incompatible software or devices, or a user’s unauthorised redistribution or misuse of content.
12. Future paid services
No purchase is offered by the current landing-page preview. Before paid packs, subscriptions or credits are introduced, these terms will be updated with pricing, payment, renewal, cancellation, refund and governing-law information required for the final service.
